Hi
I'm start working in u.k september 2011 to till 30th november 2015 I lose my job I register job center 1st December 2015 to 09 Feb 2016than Again I register in job center 19 feb 2016 to 15 July 2016.After that I got job till today I'm working I applied for SIA course 11 april 2016 I did 2 resit in exams Completed my Qaulification 11 August 2016.I'm working as security officer.I'm non eea Family member.I want to apply for PR card I've All P60's P45 Proof of job seeker allownce plus only 2 proof of rejection letter When I want register as Jobcenter.I called home office for advise regarding my application they told me If you got job seeker allowance more then 6 months continusly then you will not get PR card.I need help to Am I consider as continusly 6 months register for JSA? Or not.Am I go for PR card? Or apply 5 residence card again? Please guide me..Thank You

I'm non eea Family member.
It has nothing to do with your employment. Who is your EU sponsor and what have they been doing for the whole time you have held a residence card?

She is Greek National. She applied for PR twoice in 2016 but refused for less documention.She applied again this week hopefully she will get PR this time.
What do you think I'll go again for 5 years residence card.If She get PR then I can apply for PR?

She start working since march 2012 till oct 2016 then She off from work because of baby birth baby born in october 2016 then she back to work august 2017 till now she's working. She was register me for JSA bcz of She doing only 16 hours in week. From dec 2015 to 09 feb 2016 and then 19 feb to 15 july she was working 16 hours per week and JSA.
