Firstly is there a super oremium service to apply for tier 1 entreprenuer extension by home office as one lawyer told me they have

If i withdrawm my application for extension what will be the consequnces

There is no official confirmation. Officially it is NOT available for Tier 1E applicants. Few people have claimed that lawyers offer it

You become an overstayer and an unlawful immigrant

It is officially not allowed super premium service. BUT as zimba say there have been a few disclosing on this site that they managed it via a lawyer (pls report back your experience if you go that route). There is evidence that sometimes UKVI do not always go exactly as per the regs on other issues (for the betterment of the person applying)

Yes it is officially available for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension.

The super premium service is a mobile service.

It means that:

a courier will collect your application forms and documents
premium service staff will visit you to get your biometric information (fingerprints and photo) and your signature
You’ll usually get a decision on your application within 24 hours.

You can choose the location and time of the visit (between midday and 3pm, Monday to Friday)

The only problem is you have to book your slot in advance as when I emailed them in Oct they were fully booked till end of dec.

As far as fee is concerned, a rough calculation looks like:

Fees

1) The fee for this service is £10,500 per visit, plus the premium service fee for your application type.

2) Number of Applicants * £590 = (example, 1 Main Applicant and 2 dependants, comes out to be)

3 * 590 = 1770

+

3) Number of Applicants * Application Fee (£1228)
Going by above example = 3 * 1228 = £ 3684

Total = £10500 + £1770 + £3684 = £15954 (plus, *solicitor cost) Vs (£3684, if you make a regular application)

Only if you have a qualifying visa to apply in person. Tier 1 Ent is not a qualifying visa for same day decision extensions.

I think they need to clarify whether this service is available for Tier Entrepreneur extension and ILR applications or not. Because they have conflicting statements on their website.

This is what it says on the super premium form:

The Super Premium Service is available for
the following application types:
• All Points Based System applications –
Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4 and Tier 5
• All Further Leave to Remain applications
– any form name with a pre-fix “FLR”
with the exception of (BUS) and (LR)
• Transfer of Conditions (TOC)
• No Time Limit (NTL)
• Indefinite leave to remain applications
- any form name with a pre-fix “SET”, with
the exception of (DV), (LR) and (P)

It is clearly and officially not. But we know UKVI does not always keep to its own rules and have evidenced here on this forum that a few people have managed it.

I think for Tier 1 Entrepreneur one can use the Super Premium Service for Extension application and Super Premium Service cannot be used for initial application for Tier 1 entrepreneur.
One of the solicitor also advised me for Super premium service for Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension as my extension is coming in the last quarter of this year.

As I know they want to see :
1-Your last two years in profit and your dividends/profit are more than £10,500 (HO fees).
2-Your have a good turnover, otherwise they refuse your request.
3-You do not have any visa refusal.
4-You have all your FPS in XML files
5-Your qualifications are connected with your business, otherwise they refuse your request.
6-You use a solicitor, they do not accept your application without a solicitor.
7-You have all employees' contracts.
All their requirements are outside the immigration rules.
I applied already but they refused my request because my company was in loss.

Hi @Jafersadeq, this is some substantial information on super premium service. However, I would like to ask if these observations are based on your understanding Or was this information quoted/ asked in the word file that HO sent you?

All requirements are in their word file, but the assessment I stated is my understanding and what I got from them by the solicitor.
If you want to use that service, you see that file.
