I lived in the uk illegal Since 2004 (8yrars)then I got in (2012)discretionary leave on the basis of my family and private life for a period of 6 years (2 times x 3years ) now I want to apply for the indefinite leave,I’m filling application SET(o)
Section 3 : which category? Should I tick other purposes or reason not covered??? yes
-section 6 : immegration history question 6.1 when did you first enter the uk ?which one 2004 or 2012 should I put !!When you entered the UK, in your case 2004.
- section 7.13 how long have you lived in the UK? Do I calculate since I was illegal or after I guaranteed a visa ?You will calculate from when you actually entered the UK
-Wife: British and I have 3 kids and we still live together .

You are wrong. DLR applicants for ILR are exempt from both tests.TounSii wrote: ↑Tue Jul 03, 2018 8:39 amLife in the uk and English test must be with your application, you can also download the application from the home office website and u ‘ll see clearly they asking for it ? ( also this has been changed for all applicant applying for ILR after April 2016 ) I heard some cases have been refused bc of life in the uk missing .i did my application myself with no help of any Solictor but if I was not sure about something I use to search for local Solicitore and make some calls for advice free (some Solicitore give first advice for free ) and I can %100 assure you that those 2 certificate are needed for your application.
At least you have them, but again, yet another case of a 'solicitor' not knowing the rules and advising applicants incorrectly.
