Time out of the country on spouse visa

Hi All,

My Mrs is currently on initial spouse visa and we are going to Pakistan for 30 days. However we have just been told by a family friend that my Mrs is not allowed to stay out of the UK for more than 24 days.

I have searched many forums for the answer but no luck. Does anyone have any information?

Absolute rubbish!!! There is no absence limit for spouse visa holders. Suggest stop listening to 'family friends'.
