List of documents ILR (ST) 10 years

Hello , please can you help me with the list of documents as Im totally confused!

My rout :
2008-2011 Student visa
2011-2016 Visa as a EU family member
2016-2021 Retained Rigths resedence ( as I got divorce )

So now i would like to go fo ILR premium service on a basics of 10 years lawful leaving in the UK rather than send my docs for PR ( only because i dont want to wait for 6 mounts)
If you can help me what documents exactly do I have to prepare

Not sure what 'ILR (ST)' is that you state in your topic.

ILR form based on long residence is SET(LR).

You need ALL your passports, LIUK, English, form and photos as well as all the documents of your ex spouse from 2011 to 2016 to prove your EU ex was a qualified person exercising treaty rights.
