cooling off switching from ICT tier 2 (LTWP)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Visa category: Tier 2

I'm working in UK for the past 18 months. Initially for the first year I was in ICT short term. Now I got changed to ICT(long term). My wife is also working in UK with a separate Tier 2 ICT (long term).
Questions:
1.) Can I leave UK and come back as her dependent immediately?
2.) If i come back as her dependent and stay for 12 months in UK, whether the cooling off period that I need to serve will be neutralized?

1. You can switch within the UK to PBS Dependent visa.

2. The 12 months on the PBS Dependent visa IS the cooling off period.
