Hi

I have a query if you could kindly help. I'm PR and need to apply visa for my spouse. My annual salary is 30,000 gross. But I have only worked for 6 months. So last year I earned 15,000 gross in total.

So my question is: the requirement of £18600 should be understood as the expected income (which I meet) or actually earned income (which I don't meet)?

Expected income and evidence of 6 months immediately preceding the application that you have earned the '6 months prorated' amount.

Dear all,

My husband and son are going to change their T2 dependent to Family visa after I got PR. Would anyone be kindly check my document list for me? I know there have been quite a lot posts for spouse checklist but didn't find much about what documents I need to provide for child application.

Mutual documents:
1.Cover letter
2.Application form (I suppose there is only one form 79 pages for both application. no separate form needed for the child)
3.Two years address proof

husband (Applicant 1) :
4.passports and biometric card
5.police registration
6.Marriage certificate
7.Master degree as language proof
8.2 passport sized photos

son (Applicant 2) :
9.passport and biometric card
10.Birth certificate
11.2 passport sized photos

Me (Sponsor):
12.passports and biometric card
13.Employment letter and 6 month’s payslip
14.Six months’ bank statement (printed from branch and stamped)
15.Land registry
16.One passport sized photo
17.Family photos

My concerns are:
1. I have not receive my P60 2016-2017. Is it a big issue without it if I provide payslips, employment letter and contract? If yes I will postpone my visa appointment.
2. As no enough time to order a bank statement by post, I will get a copy from the branch and ask the bank to stamp on it. Will HO accept it as original?
