Help needed .. family visitors visa

Post by anmar75 » Mon Jan 29, 2018 9:25 am

Hello all
Me My wife and kids all have British passports
I had invited my mum and dad (Iraqi Passports) earlier in 2010 and got refused then appealed and won the case got them to the UK and they left within the visa time limit

that was when I was working full time with good wages £45k and my own company bank statement was so rich and powerful.

few years later I lost my job and now I am working on a very low wage with the current expenses finance are very tight
my dad had died in 2013

my question can I still invite my mother on a family visit 6 months visa with my humble bank statement and rented house

my wages now £25k
:D

What evidence will your parent(s) provide to show strong ties to home country?

Visitor visas are much more difficult to get now than in 2010. There is also no appeal right for visitor visas anymore.

How long is the intended visit??

It has less to do with your income than your parent(s) social, financial etc ties to home country.
