Tier 2 Salary requirement for ILR

HI All

Regarding new salary threshold for ILR applications,

1) Do we need to earn 35,800 (for 2019) during last 12 months i.e show earning of 35.8K for last 12 months say 1 Apr 18 - 31 March 19?

1.1) If Yes, can i include overtime in this, ex basic 34,000 plus overtime 2,0000?

or i change employer who can pay 36k or more, 6 months before ILR eligibility ? does the home office ask questions on why i changed employer at this stage ?

There is no requirement that you must have earned it for 12 months.

You can change sponsors whenever you wish. HO don't care, they make money.

Only certain 'allowances' are permitted in the calculation.
