urgent help please on family life 2 and a half year route

I have been in UK since 1999 with a student visa and my student visa ran out 2005.i have 2 children who are British citizens one is 11yrs old and second is 8yrs old.i want to apply for family life 2anf a half year route but my baby mum is not willing to write a letter of support and a photocopy of her British passport to support me .i have my childrens birth certificate and passport.how can I apply without my baby mum's letter of support .thank you

What happened after your ILR refusal, did you not renew your DLR or apply again with 6 years DLR??
