Guidance for Partner's Extension of Leave to Remain

Dear Gurus,

I got ILR based on long residence in Sept 2017.
My wife migrated to UK in July 2010 and has been on dependent visas since then.

July 2010-Nov 2011 - Dependent Tier 1
Nov 2011 - May 2015 - Dependent Tier 4
May 2015 - April 2018 - Dependent Tier 2

Can you please advise if she can apply for ILR now or would she have to go for FLR(M) for 2.5 years and then go for the LR ILR in 2020 herself.
Does she require to pass English requirement? If so, would IELTS Life Skills be OK or she needs another test?
Is there a maintainence funds requirement?

No she cannot apply for ILR as a PBS Dependent.

Yes, if she meets the 10 years long residence requirements.

Yes, A1 life skills from an HO approved test provider.

Is there a maintainence funds requirement?

No maintenance fund but you must prove you meet the financial requirement of £18,600pa (if no children, more if you have children).
