IS96 Liable for Detention

Good day, am sorry if this is not the right segment for my question as I am new on this platform.
My question: I applied for a Residence Permit as my daughter is British and I got a letter saying Liable for detention IS96 but my application has not been refused. My question is has this ever happened before, what can I do???

What application did you make, the exact form you completed?

How old is your daughter?

What is your UK immigration history?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
