Side effect of Visitor visa Rejection on Tier 2 Dependant

Post by hanumannallapati » Wed Jan 31, 2018 12:43 pm

Hi All,

Hope you are fine.

In July 2017 , when I applied for my Kids visitor it got rejected with couple of reasons,
1) though the kid is born in sep 2016 and left after 4 months on Feb 2017.
Your parents did not regularise your stay in the UK with the Home office during that period.
2) Missing some supporting documents in india

Could the above reasons (mainly #1) will have any impact on his dependant application ?

Appreciate your response.

Thanks
Hanuman

Unlikely.

Based on your previous similar question last year, you are a Tier 1 General visa holder but you have now posted in the Tier 2 General sub forum which is a different visa category???

Thanks for your reply.

Yes...Soon I am switching to Tier 2. as my Tier 1 is coming to expire in Mar 2018.
and then I need to apply a Dependent for both Kid and wife.

Okay...Can I take it that visitor visa rejection doesn't have any impact on dependant visa?
