Tricky Question regarding FLR (M)

Dear Members

I have got 1 tricky question, kindly senior members guide me.

Background: My wife came in UK as Tier1 Ent dependent in Nov 2014. I applied for Tier1 Ext which was granted in July 2016 and she got the visa on same time as dependent.

I completed my 10 years and got ILR on the basis on long residency after that she applied for ILR dependent as FLR (M) £18600 route. which was granted as well.

Question:
To get her ILR. according to guidence she has to complete 5 years as dependent. I am confused from what date shall I count her 5 years start date.
1. from the date she entered in UK as my dependent ? Nov 2014
2. from the date she granted FLR(M) ? Oct 2016
