Spouse Visa Application to UK

Post by hamza1593 » Fri Feb 02, 2018 1:54 am

Hi,

I am on indefinite leave to remain and I would like to be a sponsor to my spouse making an application from India to join me in the UK. I have been working two jobs, one salaried fixed hours monthly pay and the second job being a non-salaried hourly pay job (both being permanent jobs).
I have started working since August 2017 and have received latest pay from salaried employer on the 1st of Feb and from my non-salaried employer on the 26th of January. As the rules dictate previous 6 months, I would like to ask if i qualify already for 6 months employment for the non-salaried employment as my latest payslip indicates payment period up until 26th of January. Do i have to wait until my next pay that will cover pay up to the 31st of January?

Thanks

If either of job is yielding sufficient earning while being employed from at least 6 months should wisely be opted under category A instead showing second job to keep the case straight.

If neither of the jobs alone are giving the sufficient earnings then can be combined under category B.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
