Indefinite Leave to remain under Tier 1 Route

Post by sskhalsa » Sun Feb 04, 2018 8:39 pm

Hi Everyone

I am on Tier 1 extension visa my ILR due on 28/03/2019. I have few question if you can answer please that would be great so I can prepare my application as I have got plenty time for my next ILR application.

Question 1:

I have my two kids born in UK, one born in 13/10/2015 and second one in 27/05/2017 I have registered their births in Uk and got Indian Passports and they are on Tier 1 extension same as me. My question is what visa I need to apply for them, Are they eligible for British nationality straight ? or Do I need to apply ILR for both kids?

Question 2:

My wife is on Tier 1 dependant visa, She will be on her 4.5 years on the time of my ILR, DO I need to apply for one year extension or 3 year extension for my wife?

Question 3:

I have my 3 employees from last 5 months on my payroll,

2 full time employees worked 120 hours per month each
1 part time employee worked 45 hours per month

Someone told me I cannot combine hours as that has to be 130 hours each for 2 employees,

Can i Still mix part time hours to complete 130 hours or should I start paying 130 hours for 2 employees as I have still got one year left.

Question 4:

I have my IT business we do most of the work online like web development and IT services my all employees are working from home or field to field, I don't have any office at the moment, Do I need office for the business or can I work from home ? Is it HO requirement for get business office ? one of my friend had recent interview and they have asked him office invoices and interviewed him in his office.

Question 5:

Please share any other documents we need to collect for ILR application, If you know share that link where you already have discussed about this.

Question 6:

I have registered my another business in UK, Do i need to provide all the documents of other business or stick to my existing one ?

Please share your valuable thoughts,

Thank you in Advance

Regards
Surinder

UK born children are entitled to register as British on form MN1 once EITHER parent is granted ILR.

She needs an extension as she needs 5 years residence on PBS Dependent visa. It will be a 3 year extension. Assuming you are applying for ILR based on the PBS route and not long residence.

You seem to be on t1 entrepreneur route. (Are u applying ILR in this route and did you enter the route before 6.4.2014?)

Head over to the t1e forum for familiarisation on many of the issues you ask
