What form to use

Post by Ahmad443 » Mon Feb 05, 2018 9:11 am

Hi All. I’m always reading advices here and getting up to date about immigration rules through this forum. Today I need bir of advice regarding my ILR. I came to Uk on 02/2008 on tier 4 then got my PSW on 2012 then got my Tier 1 entrepreneur visa on 2014 but in 2016 instead of going through Tier 1 extension I became tier 2 general dependent without any issue at all. Now I am planning to go through premium service and my questions are,
Am I eligible for 10 yrs route?
What set form shall I use set (LR) or (O)?
Will you think my tier 1 Entrepreneur visa will be any issue?

Yours expert advises will be appreciated.

Thanks

Without yous stating any details, such as visa start and end dates etc, we can only guess if you qualify. If you feel you meet all the requirements, then you should be fine.

Set(LR) for long residence ILR.

No, provided you did not breach the T 1 Ent visa conditions, i.e. work as a taxi driver for example.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
