TOC Application

Post by Hammer2001 » Tue Feb 06, 2018 8:52 am

Hello,

My wife is here on a FLRM visa. She has recently updated her passport to be in our married name,

We are about to send off a TOC application to change the name on her BRP, to match the married name of her passport.

We are enclosing her new passport and her old passport, but can anyone confirm whether we have to enclose her current BRP?

I can't see anywhere on the form that specifically asks for it, they only seem to state passports.

As the application can take anything from 3 to 6 months, we are uncomfortable of her being without any ID or proof of residency for that long.

Yes, it needs to be sent as far as I am aware. Make copies and have them certified, plus her passport.

Perhaps apply for a provisional drivers licence for proof of ID in the meantime
