Seperate Premium appointments for Tier 2 dependent + Child for ILR

Post by jkcool » Tue Feb 06, 2018 11:19 am

Hi All,

I am planning to book premium appointment for my wife (Tier 2 dependent) and my daughter (1 year old) for applying ILR. Currently while booking the appointment, I need to pay £5,774 in a single transaction. I wanted to split it between my debit card and my credit card. But it is not possible.

Can I take two seperate appointments - 1 in the name of my Wife and one for my daughter, on the same day (around same time) and submit a single Set O form for my wife and my daughter?

NB: Admins, I moved the post here. Saw the instructions late.

Please do not delete posts. Not sure what 'instructions' you are referring to?

ILR sub forum is the CORRECT sub forum to ask questions about ILR and not in the 'General Immigration' sub forum.

Sorry ..

This sticky post here says
Please post your queries regarding PEO appointments - how to book, not able to book, ideas to book, when to book, appointment confirmation queries, etc. - in the General UK Immigration forum only.
I thought I posted it in the wrong forum, that's why I deleted it.

I am still searching for the answer.

That is a general PSC post from 2012. Yours is specific to Tier 2 to ILR and you could have left in the ILR sub forum.

Just posting an update

I called the Home Office helpline to ask about this. They advised me that if your're taking 2 seperate appointments even at same time, you should bring 2 Set(O) forms. You cannot add dependent details.

Finally sorted my money issues and booked as a single appoint for the Tier 2 dependents (Wife and daughter).

But I feel that home office should allow some way to split payments into various cards atleast 1 for each applicant on the appointment.

It used to be possible when the premium centres still processed their own payments on the day.
