ILR based Tier 2 Category

Post by katanayi » Tue Feb 06, 2018 1:49 pm

I have booked my ILR premium service based on Tier 2 General visa in next two weeks, and I started this thread to make sure everything is right. Any support is much appreciated.

Tier 2 Extension 26/09/2017 to 18 /09/2018
All above visas are applied in time before expiry.
According to date calculation main applicant and dependents can apply 6th march 2018 and within 28th days. Therefore booked date on 22nd February (keeping 28 days window period in mind)

Re: ILR based on Tier 2 Hours in Employer letter

Post by katanayi » Wed Feb 07, 2018 12:46 pm

Maybe my above questions were too silly or members are busy to answer, no worries :D .
Hope someone will help this one.

My employer letter mentioned all details except the number of working hours.
I took format letter from sticky thread, and hours were not mentioned in that, is this going to be a problem?
Thanks

If you had Tier 2 on 8th Feb 2013 you could have applied on Thursday, 11 January 2018 within 28 days of completing five years.

p60 is not required.
Bank statement is only to prove that you are being paid from employer. Just provide bank statement of 3 months of the account where you get paid in.

1] Do I need to add/remove any documents?
Normally its no point providing unnecessary docs. I'd not submit p60 and saving account statement unless this is where you get paid from employer.

I suggest you print yourself online and take to the branch they'll stamp it. Some branches even provide the facility of printing as well.

Thanks makky86 for jiffy reply.

Only reason applying now is dependents and me entered the UK on 6th March and planned to apply together.

p60 is not required.
Bank statement is only to prove that you are being paid from employer. Just provide bank statement of 3 months of the account where you get paid in.
Thanks, will remove it but keep with me in case
Normally its no point providing unnecessary docs. I'd not submit p60 and saving account statement unless this is where you get paid from employer.
Sure, saving account where I got savings show maintenance but salary credit into my current account which has about 11000.00 GBP after ILR visa payment. is that is enough to prove maintenance?
I suggest you print yourself online and take to the branch they'll stamp it. Some branches even provide the facility of printing as well.
I am getting statements by post and will try to get it stamped on that.

How about this?

My employer letter mentioned all details except the number of working hours.
I took format letter from sticky thread, and hours were not mentioned in that, however, in payslip hours mentioned , is this going to be a problem?
Thank you very much

There is NO maintenance fund requirement for ILR.

You need to submit evidence of salary and salary payments into bank.

Even I thought so but online form gave checklist which includes..
Evidence of your finances. Bank statements,
building society savings book(s), pay slips or
other formal documents as evidence of your
ability to maintain and accommodate yourself
and any dependants without recourse to public
funds. Note, we do not accept internet or
cashpoint statements as evidence of finances. If
you claim that a relative or friend is providing
you with financial support, in addition to
evidence of your own finances, you must
provide bank statements or other documents of
the kind described above as evidence of their
financial resources. The documents showing the
finances available to you and to any person
supporting you should cover at least the last
three months.
Maybe payslips and salary account of three months suffice.
I will keep saving account bank statements in case.

HO want to see the salary payments into your bank account and payslips to make sure you meet the requirements for ILR.

There is no maintenance fund requirement for ILR at all.

To conclude my ILR process, today my family and I have granted ILR at Liverpool premium service centre.
My heartfelt thanks to Makky86 and CR001 and many more helpful people in this group.
I avoided asking the question as most of the quarries were already asked, just did the search on the forum.

I will write a more detailed post sometime later.

Thanks again for great support
