7 months short of 10 year so ILR eligibility

Post by Gop » Tue Feb 06, 2018 7:57 pm

Hello Gurus!!

I am presently on Tier 1 entrepreneur and still waiting for my response on the extension of my Tier1 entrepreneur. I was one of those who dropped in feb 2017. I need another 7 months to be eligible for my ILR through 10years. What are the options I can look into if my application and admin review are refused?

Thanks,
Gop

What does dropped mean?

I am sorry. I meant to say I was one of them who applied for tier1 entrepreneur extension in Feb 2017. I become eligible for my ILR in 2018 aug 29 as my first arrival to UK was in 2008 Sep 26 as a student.

Thanks

I believe your first line of reaction in this case is to reapply within 14 days

Thanks. So if applied with in 14 days, will that not break my continuity here?
Is it a good idea to go for FLR before I received any rejection?

Thanks.

Is it a good idea to go for FLR before I received any rejection? On what basis?? HO is very aware of the 'frivolous and vexatious' applications submitted using FLR to 'buy time'.

Thanks.

Posted before breakfast.

To clarify clearly : continuity of residence will not be broke if an applicant applies within 14 days of AR refusal AND the new application is APPROVED. If the application is refused or withdrawn, continuity is broken.

Thanks CR. Would you please suggest what are the other options that are available for me to drag those 7 months now if worst happens with my present application?

Thanks
