Job Change with ICT Tier 2 Long Term Visa

Hi

I have a query. I have been offered job by one of the UK companies. Currently i am in UK with Tier 2 ICT visa. Can i change the company with that visa in UK without going back to my home country? Can my new company apply ICT tier 2 visa again for me while I am in UK or do i need to go back for 12 months and only then ICT tier 2 visa can be applied?

What salary are you being offered?

You likely need Tier 2 General, and that has a 12 month cooling off period unless a small number of exemptions apply.
