Online Naturalisation Application - Referee Reports

Hello,

1) For the ones who have used online application - does the system allow us to download the referee reports (to be filled up by the referee) after submission of the application form, or, is it only before submission of the application form?

2) I assume I cannot change the referee, once I would have submitted the form?

You won't be able to change any details after submission.
