Tier 2 ICT dependent in a job to Tier 2 General

Hello,

My wife has been working for a UK company for the last 6 months. She is on a Tier-2 ICT long term dependent visa, but needs to have a Tier-2 General visa as my project is about to finish. Her company is ready to sponsor her but apparently, the job needs to advertised first.

Is there a way for her company to sponsor her or get a sponsorship so that she can go back to India and apply for a Tier-2 General visa with the new sponsorship?

The sponsor needs to completed the full and proper RLMT process first, before they can request an RCoS for your wife to apply from home country.

Is it an HO approved sponsor on the sponsor list??
