Hello All,

need quick advise.

We shall be going for ILR this year. my kid has indian passport and visa. Do we also have to do his ILR or once we have ILR, he can go for citizenship.

please let me know.

If you plan to register the child as British on form MN1, then he DOES NOT need to apply for ILR.
