Accommodation Requirements

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of applying for a Spouse Visa for my wife from India.

Regarding the accommodation requirements; i currently rent a 2 bedroom flat.

My landlord has written a letter that I stay in that property, and that he doesn't have any objections for my wife to stay with me once she gets here.It also states how many rooms it has and the length of tenancy as well.

I was wondering if I have to provide the tenancy agreement as well , as the letter that the landlord is giving me already states how long i have an agreement for together with the number of rooms etc.

Any help will be appreciated.

You need to submit letter AND tenancy agreement.
