RCoS for extend Tier 2

Dear all,

My tier 2 visa will be expired on 22nd / June / 2018. I got few questions about Restricted CoS for renewal Tier 2 visa with the same employee.

1. Will a CoS for renewal Tier 2 occupy one of the allowances of the Restricted CoS (total quantity is the 20700/per year)? As I known from the news that Restricted Cos Shortage in December 2017 biggest in years. Many people are waiting for Cos.

2. How long will take for the employee get new Cos from Home Office?

3. Is Cos valid for 3 months once is assigned?

Do you mean all of the Tier 2 renewal only need UCoS? And I wonder could you also help me with my question 2 and 3?
