Sponsoring parents for a short visit

Hi All,

My husband has a Tier-2 visa and I've a Tier-2 Dependent visa. We've come to UK in November 2017 and want to invite my parents to UK in May for a short visit (less than a month).
We are living in a 1-bed flat, and have a 3 month utility bills so far.
Please guide me what documents are required if we want to sponsor their visit.

What evidence of ties to home country will your parents provide?

It is less important about your documents and far more important for them to prove ties and convince the ECO they are genuine visitors and will leave the UK.

What evidence of ties to home country will your parents provide?

My parents own property(house and land) and holds personal/joint savings account in India. They can provide supporting documents for these. Will it be enough to prove ties?
