Child presence required?

Post by tabweb23 » Mon Feb 12, 2018 10:07 am

Hi all! First time posting!!!! So nervous about the road ahead.

We are planning on doing a premium appt in Croydon in April, our Ancestry expires in May so that's the 28 days ahead (I am on pins and needles already!).

One question: this is for myself, my husnbad and our daughter (who was born in the UK but doesnt qualify for anything since we are on visa). Do we have to take her with us to the appointment? I assume the answer is YES but would be SO SO SO happy if anytone tells us we don't have to take her, she is 2 so hope you see why I dont want to take her!!

Thanks!!!!

No she does not have to attend if she is NOT applying for ILR.

If she is applying with you for ILR, then she must attend.
