ICT to General - Tier 2

Post by Syedrazzaq » Mon Feb 12, 2018 8:54 pm

Hi,
I have a question, so I came to Channel Island (Jersey) on a Tier 2 ICT visa on Jan 2014, fortunately, I was able to switch to Tier 2 general visa on Jan 2015, because at that time there was no cooling off period requirement in Channel Island. I've changed my employer and moved to the UK in June 2015 on the same Tier 2 general Visa and I am on Tier general visa since then. I wanted to ask if my first year on Tier 2 ICT visa will count towards 5 years Tier 2 ILR requirement? Thank you, Syed

What exactly do you mean by this 'same tier 2'?

Did you apply for a new tier 2 with your new employer??
