Spouse visa whilst ILR Pending

Please can someone help me with this info. My ILR is pending however i got married whilst my partner was in UK on Marriage now i am confused to which visa i can apply so my wife can join me in UK

Once you have ILR, your spouse applies for a Spouse Settlement visa.

Thanks for your reply, Yes you are right..Marriage visitor visa...we got married in UK

I was on set o then varied it to set lr in march 17 so now its almost 11 months no joy no update...some people are even waiting for 18months.

Thanks for advising on spouse visa can only be applied after ILR approval so in mean time is there any visa i can apply so that we both can be together? example tier 1 dependents

She cannot apply as a Tier 1 dependent as you have applied for ILR based on long residence and presumably your Tier 1 General visa has already expired.

Did you have tax amendments on Tier 1 General?

Where is she now, UK or abroad?

shes abroad however she still have valid uk marriage visitor visa so she can come back in case if we have to apply within uk as well

I am not sure if she can as you are now married, which was the purpose of the visa and she has left the UK. Why did she not stay till her visa expired?

She cannot switch to any other visa within the UK while on any of the visitor category visas.

Nothing other than a visitor visa, which will be difficult as what strong evidence of ties to home country will she prove??
