apply for citizenship and 2nd Referee died

Hi

Sorry to bother you, but I am not sure what to do. I sent out my AN application a month ago and unfortunately I found out that my 2nd referee just died in hospital last week. Beside that this is quite sad, I am not sure if I should notify Home Office about this ? Not sure if I will leave this like this It would disqualify my application?

If you have received any acknowledgement from HO, I suggest you let them know and include a new referee sheet with a new referee.
