Child settlement visa, form VAF4A.

Where is the other parent and what is their immigration status in the UK?

Father is the british parent, their mother is in Pakistan but in another city. The children have been brought up by their grandmother (father's side and his financial support)

Would they require a visa or are they entitled to apply directly for a british passport/citizenship?

If the mother is not applying with the children, you will need to show evidence of sole responsibility (click).

How old are the children, when were they born??

Are you married to the mother?

Are you British born or naturalised as British?

Children over 18 years of age will need to find a visa they qualify for as you are not able to sponsor them as they are considered an adult.

The under 18 children, you will need to provide evidence of sole responsibility as I have indicated.
