Rules for Flat/Apartment

Post by Y123m » Fri Feb 16, 2018 9:09 am

Hi, i have two questions regarding buying a flat for fiance visa. One is that is there a minimum period for which i should have owned the flat prior to applying and also will i need a property inspection report for the flat/apartment.
I know that a written consent is needed from the landlord but unsure about the property inspection report.

No.

This is only required if you live in shared accommodation, not if you live in a property exclusively on your own.

If you are buying a property, then you don't have a landlord as you are not renting a flat.
