Tier 2 Dependents Applying Later for ILR

Post by vitalyper » Fri Feb 16, 2018 6:32 pm

I am on tier 2(general) and have been working in UK for 5 years (reached 5 years in Nov 2017). Want to apply for ILR premium route first. My wife and 2 children have been leaving with me in UK for 5 years as well. If I apply now and get ILR, will my wife and kids have any issues if the apply 2-3 months later? Their tier 2 dependent status is valid until Oct 2018.

No issue at all as long as they apply for ILR before their visa expire and once they meet all the ILR requirements.
