Post by Razikazmi » Sun Feb 18, 2018 9:31 am

hello can anyone please help me,
i am going to apply my spouse visa but there is a small problem
in my last 6 months one of my salary was paid with cash instead of bank transfer because there was a problem with the bank at that time and my employer can write a letter he made the payment with cash and that salary i did not deposit in bank, do you think HO with refuse my application because of this???

If you haven't deposited the cash wages into bank then it won't be considered. Best should be to wait few month/months to complete 6 months.

It makes sense in the circumstances, but a letter from your employer won't persuade the ECO to disregard a missing month's pay on your bank statement. ALL cash payments must be deposited in the bank and match with your pay slips.

Seagul is correct. Submit the application once you have 6 months with corresponding payslips/bank statements. I assume this will be at the end of June 2018.

How long you have been employed in this place and what is your actual salary?

You can do CAT B if you have earned at least £18,600 in TOTAL in all jobs in the past 12 months AND your current salary is at least £18,600

Presently there is no escape from the strict match of wages figure with credits in bank statement (even no penny difference). Your future application won't be affected if it's gets refused now.

i got refused after i did everything, letters, explanations etc, cause i didnt match exact amount while depositing cash income. so unless u deposit the exact amount ( every penny) in back, there is no way for approval. I reapplied .

SO people using cash income, bear this in mind. The visa officer dont use reasoning, or wont be persuaded, they go by the book. so should you.

Hello Everyone,
I have received a call from home office today
They ask me about my employer and what days I am working etc etc
I think I did well but they didn't ask me about the cash payment for December month that its not showing in your bank account
is that a good sign if they had any doubts they could have asked me.
Need a lot of prayers from everyone :-)
will update you guys as soon as I heard from them

Now they will call employer and speak with him. However i believe they are seeking to ascertain whether there are further basis on which they can refuse.

I have had to deal with a case, where the employer paid the person 2p extra and they refused, and 2 bank statement were not provided and they refused.

However there are new rules, so they may give you the benefit of the doubt. But i believe it is 80/20.
