Tier 2 ILR visa extentaion after 3+2 for one or two months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working on tier 2 ILR for the past 3yrs and now again company renewing my visa another 2yrs including my dependents (husband and son). But after extensions of 2yrs, the visa will expire on May 06, 2020.....but GCSE exams have been up to June month of year 2020......as per above my status is there any possibility for extension of visa for up June to complete GSCE.... i.e one or two months after expires my ILR visa after complete 5 yrs.

Please provide my your available suggestions.

You don't have 'ILR'. ILR = Indefinite Leave to Remain/Permanent Residence.

Why don't you ask your employer for a 3 year COS?? How long have you been in the UK on Tier 2 in total??

You must leave the UK on or before your visa expires. Again, you don't hold ILR you hold Limited Leave to Remain as a Tier 2 General visa holder.

Do you plan on remaining in the UK and applying for settlement/ILR?

You can hold a Tier 2 General for a maximum of 6 years.
