Tier 1 entrepreneur to ILR

Please help me . I came uk as a student in August 2009.I am going to apply for ILR april 2018. But i am confuse which rout would be perfect for my wife.We had a 13 month old baby born in the uk. Baby born october 2017.

My wife came in uk 12 September 2015 as a dependent of tier 1 entrepreneur. Then we got extension in 2016 May. I am going to apply ILR next april 2018 ( 5 year rout).

I didnt take wages from my company. My wife got only 10,000 salary per year so she cant meet the 18,600 requirement. So what would be the good option for her.

She extends her PBS dependant visa until eligible for ILR in 2020. There is no salary requirement

1. Can we apply both together. As my five years will be complete 4th april 2018 and our visa will be expire 27 may 2018.

2. Does she need any english requirement?

In my extension i showed i created two employment untill March 2016.. Those employment are continued .....

My question can i show now the employment in April and may 2016??? as this time my file was in home office or
I start to show my employment from June 2016???

Only from June 2016 onwards is counted

I have one more question please help me about job creation. I am going to aply ILR on 4th april.

Job 1 : from june 2016 - september 2017, 133hour per month. 133 × 17 = 2128

Job 2 :
from june 2016 - march 2018, 80 hours per month. 80 × 21 = 1680

From june 2016 - june 2017, 70 hours per month. 70 × 13 = 910

..............
I creat 2 more part time job both are more than one year.

As i am full fill the requirement thats why i dont want to show any more job because i want to show my file simple and easy.

Please tell me which one would be better ?
If i show just full fill the requirement or show all job whats i created.

I have another question , you told us before me and my wife can aply together but i am going to apply ILR and she is going to apply pbs dependent both file will go different adress.
How do i linkup both file as they are going different adress and i dont have any reference number?

You should be fine regarding job creation. Send both applications in one envelope to the SET(O) address it will be sorted properly

I got ILR and my wife got pbs dependent extension in june 2018. My wife will be eligible for ILR on 12 september 2020. She will be full fill her 5 years as a pbs dependent.

Question:
1.Now i want to close my company. is it any problem for my wife ILR?

2. I been in Bangladesh last october. On the way back heathrow airport immigration ask me lots of question about my company, what do i do for company bla.. bla...he ask my visiting card. He keep it. Then he told me
He is not happy with my answer but he let me go because of my wife and baby. He will see me on my wife ILR.

Is he can do anything or just a threat?

There should not be a problem. Her ILR has nothing to do with your company or any questioning at the border.
