ILR after Tier 1 (Investor)

Post by AnnaNova » Tue Feb 20, 2018 2:58 pm

Dear all,

I currently hold Tier 1 (Investor) visa and have 4 dependants. Do i need to fill in additional SET (O) application forms for them or i need to only mine application to apply for ILR? Also, I have only council tax bills as a prof of address for my husband, it would be enough?

One form for all of you and your dependents together, assuming your dependents meet the 5 year residence requirement, English B1 and LIUK.

If any of the dependants are UK born kids you have an option of not applying for ILR for them and getting them citizenship as soon as any parent has ILR

Thank you for your response! My children is under 18 years old, do they also need to complete IELTS test and LITUK?

Dear CR001, can i ask you one more question? If i was granted my fist Tier 1 Visa on 23 May 2013, but i have landed in the UK 2 weeks later on 7 June. The earliest days when i can apply for ILR is end of April, am i right? The relevant 5 years period for me started on 23 May 2013?
