Long Residence ILR

Hi All,

I have a my case application for ILR(10 years) and I need some advice how I can apply it or know whether I am eligible for it. I have entered into UK on May'2010 with Tier 2 ICT and unfortunately I was not eligible for ILR under 5 years term as policies got changed and people who entered into UK before April 6th 2010 were only eligible. So I left that option and waiting for my 10years route for ILR.

The current issue is I was having some problem with my lower back and i got treatment here in NHS as it was not helping, I was forced to go back to my country and return in between. First medical trip I went to India on 18-Mar-2012 and returned 01-Sep-2012 (167 Days) and second medical trip was 11-Nov-2012 and returned 15-Mar-2013 (124 Days).

Apart from these trips, I went to my country in between on Official trip and now total number of days I am outside UK as of today is coming as 753 Days in which 291 Days are on my medical treatment. In remaining 462 days I was on Official trip to India for 250days (Mu Full Salary was paid in UK and no leaves were applied).

So in summary I am outside UK for 753 Days in which 291 Days are on Medical Treatment and 250 Days are on Official Trips with FULL paid Salary in UK. Now can you please help me whether I am still eligible to apply for ILR post my 10Years term or do I need to take any caveat to be eligible for this.

I have continuous VISA with same Tier 2 ICT Sponsor and no gaps in VISA,...

Was this one trip for 250 days out of the UK??
