I got married with EEA NATIONAL in 2012. I applied visa in 2013 and I got Residence Card visa for 5 years. Now I m going to apply in August 2018.
What documents are needed and can I apply for same day service (premium service).

I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS. I GOT MARRIED IN 2012 AND I APPLIED MY VISA IN 2013 AND I GOT MY VISA. THAT TIME MY WIFE WAS EXERCISING TREATING RIGHTS. AFTER MY VISA HE LEFT HER JOB AND I START WORKING. For PR, your wife needs to be a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the whole 5 years. Your employment is irrelevant.

so what is the best option for me now. because that time we didn't know that we need the whole 5 years work history

You will need to apply for a new Residence card, provided your wife is residing in the UK as a qualified person. So if she is a stay at home mum, she may need medical insurance.

Unless she was working for a 5 years period before you married.
