ILR

Post by h singh » Thu Feb 22, 2018 9:00 am

Hello everyone I have question for my ILR. My ILR was due to apply on September 2016 which I was did on the time and I used same day service but they didn’t take decision on that day because I was arrested by police on February 2016 in conspiracy and fraud in London casino and the home office was told me they have to wait for the court decision and then they will take decision for my application. So the trail was started on December 2017 and I found guilty by jury majority and the judge give me sentence 6 month prison suspended for 12 months,£500 fine and 150 hours unpaid work. So my question is when home office will take the decision of my ILR. My application will be refused ? Will they give me ILR or again 3 years discretionary leave to remain ? They will take my application decision after my sentence which is completely finished after 12 months ? I have wife and kids they are British citizen. Previously I had 2 times 3 years discretionary leave to remain so that’s why I my ILR was due on September 2016. Thanks in advance.

Highly likely that your ILR will be refused as you now have a recent conviction.

HO might give you a further 3 year DLR.
