Hi! My Visa (PBS Dependant) expires 05-March 2018. How soon can I apply to extend my visa? Responses would be much appreciated.

My partner recently got ILR. I get confused with the questions on the application to extend my PBS Dependant visa. It is asking for COS and sponsor details. What should I answer for these questions?

ILR under Tier 2 route.

You apply alone. Not sure if you need the Co's etc information.

My husband is my dependant under tier 2 route. I already have ILR just recently. His visa expires in 2 weeks time. We plan to apply for extension for gis visa next week because of monetary reasons. Is this ok? Because He received an email from the home office with subject to submit his application today or start to make travel plans although the further remarks on the email says apply to extend the visa as soon as possible. Is there a deadline as to when a person can apply or is it the application acceptable as long as he applies before the visa expires? I cannot find any information about this on the guidance in the HO website. Pls advice
