Switch from Tier2 ICT Long term to Tier2 General / PBS Dependant

Hi experts,
I am currently on a Tier2 ICT Longterm 5 year visa in UK. My wife is on a Tier2 General 5year visa. I want to switch in country from my ICT LT to General Dependant.
Is this possible?
During this switch - can I continue to work with same employer in same job ?
Should my employer do any process or can I do this individually and submit new BRP as proof to my employer?

Nothing your employer needs to do as the application for PBS Dependent has nothing to do with them. You must inform your sponsor once your visa has changed and you have your new BRP card.
