MN1 confusion

Hi admin and fellow members
I have a small question
My father is swedish national and i had 5 years residence card as a family member and my daughter who is born in UK also have a residence card as a direct decendent of an eu national.
Now i got ILR on the basis of long residency in my own capicity my questiin is this can i resgister my daughter as a british citizen and apply for MN1 because she was born in UK and i have ILR now.
