cancelled my extension

i have asked home office to cancel my extension application as they are taking too long i should receive my and my families passport soon.

Will they going pay back the health surcharge?

I guess he expects to leave the UK. I think passport is given at airport as u leave.

As has been mentioned, you should be aware that if your previous visa has expired, you will likely only get your passports at the airport as you will be overstayers.

hi i have applied for my tier 1 extension about 2 months ago and i have received the complex letter.
can i sell my current business and start a new business whilst i wait for home office to reply as i am making a huge loss on a monthly basis?

Not sure his logic of selling a losing business (it can be done) and thinking just starting a new one would succeed.

Passports will not be returned to you if you have no valid leave. These will only be given in the airport
