Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) Visa Dependant Application Process. Help Needed.

Hello.

Could anyone please advise on the right 'visa type' to select when applying online for my wife to join me as a dependant on my Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa? There are 3 questions there and i have tried various combination but its not just as straightforward as it should be. The three questions are:
