30 day vignette sticker transfer

Good Day, dear forum participans and admins! I ve applied for Tier4 dependant for me and my 2 little sons as my husband studies in Sheffield Univercity. I ve got my passport already and my 30 day vignette transfer expires in few days (on the 3 march 2018), but I still have not received passports of my little sons. The decision for their visas was approved, and the process just needs some time. I know that i must arrive to UK within 30 day period, but what i have to do in my case? Do i have to fly to the UK and get my BRP (until it will not be too late) and then go back to my city and wait for my kids passports? Or I can pay for a vignette transfer? I know that there was an option to pay for a vignette transfer about 170 pounds, but will it be possible in my case?
Our Visa Center in our city cant help me in this question, and usually, people who fail to arrive in the UK within 30 day have to apply for Visa again from the beginnig of the whole process. Thank you for your answer in advance! )) I am sorry for my english, if the text is not very readable.

If it is possible could you explain the further procedure after the paying of vignette transfer. Am I bringing my passport to the Visa Center for a new vignette? And how long does it usually take to receive the passport back?

You need to apply online and resubmit passport and wait again. Not sure how long it takes.
