Dear Sir,
1.I am currently working in UK under Tier2 General shortage visa as Engineer. I am applying for following jobs, but no responses yet. is it due to Visa restriction? -
Engineering Manager,
Head of Engineering
Head of Operations
Operations Manager
Business development Manager

2. are there engineering / Managerial jobs which are not covered under Tier2 General/General Shortage visa?

3. If So, Can I expect companies I am applying for will be able to transfer my Visa type from Tier 2 General to some other type?
