ILR SET (O) application form questions

Hi,

I am trying to apply for ILR SET (O) for PBS Dependant soon and have below questions in the application form,would someone help me ..

7.13. How long have you lived in the UK?
Is this the total duration the applicant inside the country (taking out all holidays, trips outside UK) = it comes to 4 years (if we take out all trips outside uk)
Is it ok if we put 4 years, the fact that one need 5 years to settle

Or shall I put 4 years 11 months ignoring all trips outside UK (as there is no absence limit for PBS dependent)

Cohabitation Docs:
1. Do we need to show only documents from UK ? or can we show docs from another country too ?
2. Usually one need to show last 2 years docs, but what if the applicant is 1 year away from UK,
Can we show last 4 years docs (of which 3 years in UK) ?

This is the correct one.

Cohabitation Docs:

Can we show last 4 years docs (of which 3 years in UK) ?

1. Documents from UK as you are expected to be living together in the UK. Purpose of the cohabitation.
2. Not Sure, Although they will expect the documents to be spread evenly over 2 years. There is nothing wrong sending documents over 4 years but they may question a gap of no documents within that particular 1 year that is required. This is my opinion. May be other members can help you with this.

Can any senior's help me with these questions, I know everyone is busy.. hence I was waiting for so many days..

I tried to get past statements from my bank (one each from last 4 years, each of them have different address) but they sent us all those statements with new address. When we asked them they said it is not possible to order old statements with old address. Anyone faced this situation

You cannot change the address now to old addresses. When you update the bank, it changes your whole record. If you did not keep originals you got in the post, there is not much you can do now.
